Happily had another tiny tick down on the scale this morning. It wasn't expected but it also wasn't a complete surprise. I don't think I retained many calories from lunch. Yeah. I was rather fatigued late afternoon, I definitely think lack of food energy was a factor. It would have been nice if I had gotten extra sleep but it really only amounted to 10 or 15 minutes.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Busy enough that I never got around to that third cup.
Lunch: Sandwich, Fry Daddy's ranch jalaeno mix
The mix is a lot like deluxe chex mix. And I should not buy it, because after one day I'm pretty sure I could eat an entire bag with no difficulty. Which would be bad, and not just because a bag is eight bucks.
Dinner: Qdoba chicken bowl, Nicks PB cup
I dunno, it sounded good. No regrets.
Exercise: Nope. Back at it tomorrow I believe.
