It's been a long week already. So it goes.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Ham, pepperoni, cheese, butter on a pretzel bun, jala cheddar popcorn
Like it says.
Snack: Mixed nuts
Dinner: Chef salad with ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite, Nick's mint chip
Standard.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart. Warm and humid.
