I could see it coming. Thirsty last night. Drank a lot of water. Didn't let much go. Also retained other stuff this morning, didn't get that moving. And so the scale as expected was up quite a bit. I know it'll go away, but it's still a good reason not to eat that crap.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels, coffee
Completely forgot the cream cheese. Oops.
Lunch: Egg bake (eggs, milk, sausage, ham, swiss/gruyere cheese, onion, green pepper, jalapenos)
Tasty.
Dinner: Home cheeseburger MPT, chips, salad no dressing, 12 oz Miller Lite, strawberries and vanilla ice cream, chili cheese fritos
Yeesh. Too much. But good. It's a shame it's the last of the strawberry season.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, quite a bit of extra walking.
