Unknown Bloat

I felt rather bloated last night after dinner.  That feeling carried on into today.  Not enjoyable.  Also not enjoyable is the side view I just got.  Need to turn up the intensity, especially with the exercise.

Breakfast:  5 slices Armour novara salami, coffee

I was glad that I bought a couple ounces for the week, it meant that I had something easy for the off day when out of cheese.

Lunch:  Subway 6" Ham with american cheese, all the veg minus spinach, southwest sauce

Not the most fabulous lunch but I'll take it.
Had someone pick this up for me, glad I did.  Not a stellar choice but not the worst.

About 4:00 pm:  Taco Bell spicy triple double crunchwrap

I had planned to have a bowl or a salad for lunch today but work did not permit it.  The sub wasn't quite going to get me through and I didn't want anything heavy late so I had this as a second lunch and will have a light dinner.

Just looked up calories, Subway calculator says 420 for the sandwich, Taco Bell says 780 for the crunchwrap.  Let's hear it for a pile of veggies.

Dinner:  Greek Gods plain yogurt with ~ 1 C frozen Meijer raspberries

Exercise:  Nope.  I may need to abandon all hope for early morning, getting up is consistently a problem.  The problem is that evening isn't much better.
