TGIF.

Breakfast:  ~ 2 oz sharp cheddar, coffee

Lunch:  McD 2 cheeseburger meal w/ Hi-C, Mac Jr.

For McFood it was quite good.  It was still McFood.

Dinner:  Pepperoni bacon pizza.  Will probably have a cup of decaf later.

Grossly excessive.  If I have access to pizza, I will eat it.  Ruthlessly.

Exercise:  Nope.
