It's a new month? Oh. Okay. February was good in the sense that I finally have about ten days of decent eating strung together, otherwise the year's been a trainwreck. But I'm still feeling pretty positive.
YTD Results:
January: Down 0 pounds
February: Down 10 pounds
Trying does make a difference, you know?
Breakfast: ~ 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, coffee

Hey, what do you know. I remembered to take a picture as I was running out the door late. That's one nice thing about cheese for breakfast, as long as you remember it, it sure doesn't take long to grab it and it's perfectly portable.
Lunch: Taco salad with al pastor pork, hot sauce

Oh, yes. Fantastic today. And huge. I was quite full. Waited until 1:00 which made for a bit less of a crowd. I may have to do that more often.
Dinner: Chicken fried rice, a glass of whole milk. Later, 12 oz Bells Two Hearted Ale

The fridge, it has been emptied. I didn't have that much chicken left, so I had the milk for a little more protein and fat. I know, I know, I eat way too much dairy. Oh well.
Exercise: Nope. Regrettably. Could get some tonight, I suppose, but it's cold and snowing sideways. I think I'll stay home and be cozy.
