It's almost like I know that a vacation is coming. I'm definitely not dialed in to eating right.
Breakfast: ~ 2 oz sharp cheddar, coffee
Lunch: Qdoba brisket bowl
Standard bowl of goodness. |
Dinner: 2 Wendy's singles (bogo coupon), some Cheezits, might have a cup of decaf later
Exercise: 40 minutes, assorted. OK workout.
