Let's at least get back to regular posting, huh? Even if the eatin and exercisin are less than ideal.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, 2 pancakes with butter and syrup, coffee
Good stuff but in hindsight I would have preferred the breakfast I make at home. |
Just some junk.
Dinner: Baked chicken, stove top stuffing, green beans, cheese sauce, roll with butter
Exercise: Nope.
