Ready for the weekend to get here.  Soon please.

Breakfast:  Egg McMuffin, coffee

Lunch:  12" ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, southwest Subway on italian herbs

2andahalfmeal:  BK cheeseburger, cheesy tots

Dinner:  Taco Bell beef quesarito, habanero taco, empanada, chips and onion dip

Exercise:  Nope.  Knees are very sore still from Monday.  And super tired and late this morning.
