Dinner Options Need Upgrading

Honestly I'm starting to think I'll be glad when the holidays are over.  Too many temptations, delicious treats etc.  Discipline is woefully lacking.  I'm way over on calories today.

Breakfast:  Egg McMuffin, coffee

Usual.  I'll skip the stock photo today.  290 calories.

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns #5, salt and vinegar chips

No picture, office holiday party.  790 calories.

Also:  A small bag of homemade chex mix, some cookies, a couple nut bars, etc.

No clue on calories.  Call it 1000.

Dinner:  2 Culver's double deluxes

One would have been a satisfactory meal.
Excessive.  Very excessive.  Darned BOGO coupons.  1620 calories.

Exercise:  Nope.
