Whew.  I didn't have all that many things scheduled today but they all took much longer than anticipated.  I hate being late.

Breakfast:  Egg McMuffin, coffee

Standard.  290 calories.

Lunch:  Nope.

Never had time.  Not even close.

Dinner:  5 mexican style ground beef tacos

I think 4 has been my previous limit.  And 4 would be plenty.
Thank goodness for dollar taco day.  I was QUITE hungry by the time 6:00 rolled around, so it was taco time no doubt.  Call that 1000 calories.  I'll almost certainly have a PBR later too for another 144.  I think I have fewer than six left.  Also considering some peanuts.  Edit:  Yes, peanuts.  360 calories.  Not really needed.

Exercise:  Nope.  Slug.
