I'm ready for the week and by extension the year to be over. I don't really know how I can expect to make a serious change in how I eat just because the calendar changes, but at least many of the temptations will be removed and I can get back on a regular schedule.
Breakfast: Egg McMuffin, coffee
Lunch: Corned beef reuben, fries with ketchup
Dinner: Taco Bell quesarito, double stack taco. Chips and onion dip.
Also: Some peanuts, a little caramel corn.
Exercise: 40 minutes, arms and shoulders.
