Add a 12 oz All Day IPA to yesterday.

Breakfast:  Breakfast casserole, hash browns, coffee

Lunch:  McD Double cheeseburger, some chips, peanuts, 20 oz lemon lime gatorade

Dinner:  Steak, twice baked potato, salad with ranch, blueberry pie with ice cream

Also:  Pringles, 32 oz grape power ade

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Hot.

Crammed down too much too late.  Sleep will be delayed.
