Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Pizza Hut 4 slices pizza, 3 breadsticks with sauce

Also:  Pretzels, 32 oz grape powerade

Exercise:  40 min shoulders and core, a bucket of range balls

Lunch:  Wendy's double, fries, lemonade

Dinner:  Dominos pepperoni bacon pizza, 32 oz grape powerade

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl, chips

Dinner:  Beef and chicken sliders with cheese, mayo.  12 oz perrin IPA.  2 choc chip cookies

Also:  32 oz grape powerade

Exercise:  40 minutes arms, 9 holes with cart
