Breakfast: Tim Hortons pretzel sausage egg cheese bagel, apple fritter, coffee
Lunch: 4 mexican style tacos with cheese, 32 oz grape powerade
Dinner: Steak sandwich (farmers market bread, butter, leftover tri tip, peppers, onions, american cheese), arugula with cherry tomatoes

Dinner was a bit excessive. One would have been sufficient I think.
