Not Crest Fest But Festive None The Less

Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips, 12 oz Miller Lite

Snack:  Munchies mix, 32 oz blue powerade

Dinner:  Gyro

Also:  12 oz All Day IPA

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, plus about a mile walk and a couple of hours standing around.  One of my ankles is twice the size of the other.
