Lunch: Qdoba brisket bowl with chips
Dinner: Pasta w meat sauce, salad w ranch, garlic bread, a slice of cheesecake, cookie, 24 oz Labatts
Also: 32 oz grape powerade
Exercise: 40 minutes core and aerobic, 9 holes with cart
