Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl with chips

Dinner:  A chicken taco, Pringles, oatmeal raisin cookies, 32 oz grape powerade

Exercise:  40 minutes shoulders and arms, 9 holes with cart
