From The Outside

Breakfast:  McD sausage burrito, sausage biscuit, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl with chips

Dinner:  8 oz steak, mash potatoes, slice toast, salad with ranch, a couple wings, crackers and bar cheez, 16 oz Labatts

Also:  Culvers onion rings, short chocolate shake

Exercise:  40 minutes shoulders and core, 9 holes with cart
