Yeah So Much For THAT

I guess I'll call two days without meaningful sugar a small win.

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl with chips

Dinner:  Culvers double bacon deluxe, chicken fingers with ranch, 12 oz Perrin grapefruit IPA

Exercise:  40 minutes shoulders and core, 9 holes with cart

Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit, coffee

Lunch:  4 mexican style tacos with cheese

Dinner:  Smothered chopped sirloin, baked potato with butter and sour cream, salad with ranch, crackers and cheez, a chicken wing, 2x16 oz Labatts draught

Exercise:  Nope
