Let's Eat At Home Eh

Okay, it is very likely the end of the golf season.  Weekends are going to free up some.  This would be an excellent time to focus on eating at home, eating simple foods that I prepare.  Less junk.  I won't say zero meals out, since I will probably have tacos on Mondays fairly often, but it needs to be rare.  Let's do this.

Scale was at a round number this morning, down slightly despite excessive eating yesterday.  The power of exercise.  Changed the batteries in my BP cuff so I'll be good there too.

Hobbling around some as my legs are tight, but no real pain.  The left leg really doesn't like it when I spend long stretches in my office chair. 

Breakfast:  2 slices Sargento smokehouse cheddar, coffee

 


Again.

Lunch:  Turkey wrap - smoked turkey, 2 slices smoked cheddar, avocado, bolana sauce.  A few remaining tortilla chips, pepsi

 


Cleaning some stuff up.  That's the last tortilla, last of the chips.  Still have a little pepsi left.

Dinner:  3 tacos mexican style plus jalapeno

 


Not their finest effort. 

Later, I made small batch chocolate chip cookies and had a glass of 2% milk

 


They were pretty good. 

Exercise:  Nope.
