Dinner: Smothered chopped steak, mashed potatoes, garlic toast, side salad no dressing, 16 oz Labatt Blue, a couple fried mushrooms
Work.
Also: Wendy's single, chocolate frosty.
Weak.
Exercise: Nope.
Day totals: About $21 for JJ, about $4 for Wendy's.
