Hump day. Going okay, I guess.
Slept okay. Woke up around 2:30 but only momentarily, back to sleep then until 5:45. Snoozed and will say that I just don't feel as rested as I would hope. Oh well, it's not debilitating or anything.
Breakfast: CF sausage, coffee
Again.
Lunch: Soup, sliced cheddar, banana
Again, this time with banana.
Dinner: Taco meat, mashed potatoes, avocado, salsa, 12 oz Miller Lite, mixed nuts
Out of barbacoa. Making another batch but not finished in time for dinner. Also: Ate way too many nuts. WAY too many.
Add: Simple Mills honey cinnamon sweet thins. They're like graham crackers kinda.
Exercise: Nope. Valid reason today, though.
