Happy Easter!
Was very fatigued yesterday, so I crawled into bed before 9:00. Slept okay, I guess, though it was interrupted a few times and I was awake between 1:00 and 1:45. Did not get going until 8:45, so roughly 12 hours consumed on sleep-related stuff. I figure I had to get at least eight hours, may have even gotten nine or so. Anyway, I definitely feel better today physically, but I'm still not great in the energy department. I'll take it.
Laughed that the scale was down a tick after bad, bad eating yesterday. Okay then.
Now to get going on the very, very, very long list of things I need to do. Starting with laundry.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w Tillamook very veggie cream cheese, coffee
Again. Cleaned up the cream cheese.
Lunch: Soup, mashed potatoes
Was supposed to be Friday's lunch. Oops.
Later, 2x Big Mac
Dinner: Ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, roll w butter, mac and cheese, cookie w ice cream, reese's egg, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sunday dinners.
Exercise: Nope. I do have the excuse that the Y is closed today.
