For once I was thrilled to get up early. Got a medical thing done early and now I can return to eating food and drinking liquids. Yay. I'm sure I'll immediately regain the pounds I "lost" yesterday.
It wasn't that horrible, just a little unpleasant and annoying. But, it's done.
Breakfast: 2x Egg McMuffin, hash browns, coffee
Afterward.
Lunch: Italian beef, fries, good crisps
Yup.
Dinner: Pizza Hut meat lovers, some mini chocolate bars that weren't eaten on my trip
Bleah. Too much.
Exercise: Nope. Need to get in gear this week.
Day totals: $18.00 or so for breakfast (no, not just for me),
