Why Is Sleep So Hard

Ridiculous.  I went to bed around 10, not that unusual.  I woke up at 1:30.  And I could NOT get back to sleep.  Felt like crap but was not able to sleep.  I got most of an hour between 5:30 and 6:30, but that was it.  So frustrating.

Otherwise, I got through today better than I thought I would.  Still in poor condition, but that isn't going to change until after upcoming surgery and rehab.

Breakfast:  Standard pre-golf breakfast out.


Good as always.

Lunch:  ~ 24 oz Coors Light

Post-golf.

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza


Good as always.  Hopefully I have kept the quantity in check sufficiently that it doesn't delay bedtime.

Later:  Hot fudge sundae with hard serve.  Will miss these.  Bad habit but very tasty.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, minimal extra walking.

Not much pep.  Did not push it.
