Father's Day. Always an enjoyable day. Grateful for mine.
Predictable results after abysmal eating yesterday. I think rice bloats me like nothing else, but add a vat of seed oil and other crap and yeesh.
Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with peppers and onions, cheese, sour cream and picante sauce, 2 sausage patties, hash browns in avo oil and butter. Coffee
Pretty tasty, though obv a lot much.
Lunch: 2x McDoubles. Had a 16 oz Mich Ultra after golf
Yup.
Dinner: Home cheeseburger, pasta salad, chips, strawberry shortcake w ice cream
Tasty. Party food.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not much extra walking
Really hoping to recapture some pep.
