Still not healthy, though I guess I do feel a little better today. Appeared that I had a fever last evening but it was gone this morning. Nothing outrageous, just another thing making life unpleasant.
Sleep was a little smoother. First wakeup was before midnight. Ugh. There were a couple others, too. But I was never awake for more than a half hour or so before falling back to sleep. Didn't do the math but I think I probably managed seven hours in all. As a result I'm tired today but not exhausted. Ready for a post-lunch nap that isn't coming though.
Got rid of some extra water thanks to a decent day of eating. Still would like to lose a chunk of weight before surgery.
Breakfast: Half ham and cheese sandwich, coffee
One slice bread, butted, one slice cheese, some deli ham. It was something. Can't say it was real satiety provoking but I would not expect it to be.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
Yup. One less slice of cheese since I had one for breakfast.
Dinner: Italian sub
Meh.
Exercise: Nope. Rained out.
