Another day. I do feel somewhat better, though clearly not 100%. Lungs are not clear. But I'm far more functional than I was on Monday.
Unrelated, I have seemingly disposed of some water, feeling a little leaner and the scale was kind again despite the big sandwich for dinner and no exercise due to the rain. All good. I even slept straight through until after 5:00 this morning! More than six hours is incredible.
Breakfast: Half ham and swiss sandwich, coffee
Yup. Not sure if this is worth continuing, I was still rather hungry by late morning.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
Same as yesterday, one slice less in the sandwich. I also found a jar or two of soup from an older batch in the freezer so I'll be able to get through tomorrow at least with the same menu.
Dinner: 2x Wendy's doubles, SF chocolate pudding
Best way to get me to crack? Keep me at work past 6:30. So not a perfect day with the buns and mayo, stupid seed oils.
Exercise: Nope.
