Super tired this morning, though I slept rather well and wasn't forced awake until after 6:00. Just wearing down, I guess. It's making life challenging.
Breakfast: Ham and cheese sandwich, coffee
Again. Probably will not continue after this week.
Lunch: 2x Wendys doubles
Audible, craved burger, got burger.
Dinner: 1/2 italian grinder, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite
Also: 2x McDouble, vanilla cone. Doh.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, minimal extra walking
