Dragging, big time.  Woke up at 4:30, didn't really get any more sleep even though I spent hours trying.  When I should not have.

Breakfast:  Home bread w butter, coffee


Pretty good for satiety today.

Lunch:  2x Wendys baconator, olive oil chips

Too much sodium.

Dinner:  4x mexican tacos, ice cream sandwiches (later) and a few more olive oil chips

Hmm.

Exercise:  Nope
