It's always something. My back started acting up this afternoon. Not pleasant.
Breakfast: Home bread w butter, coffee
Again, excellent satiety.
Lunch: Deluxe sub
After 2:00 even.
Dinner: Italian sub, Lays chips, 12 oz Miller Lite, Tillamook mint chip ice cream
Yup.
Exercise: 9 holes, as little movement as possible. Ouch.
