It doesn't take that much exercise. Even nine holes with a cart, with little extra effort at all.
Anyway, another pleasant night of sleep where I didn't wake until after 6:00. I'm a big fan of that, it's been a rare thing of late. So I celebrate when it happens. Still don't have a lot of pep but I won't until after the procedure and rehab.
Breakfast: Sausage mcmuffin, hash brown, coffee
Late breakfast after a meeting and a blood draw.
Lunch: Lentils, grilled cheese
Yup.
Dinner: Dominos bklyn pep sausage, parm bread bites, SF choc pudding
Doh.
Exercise: Nope.
