Another month in the books. Quite a successful one. Other than the lack of exercise/wonky schedule and some weekend binging issues it's going very well. Progress it's happening.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. A little scratchy this morning, it would be so nice to not be allergic to my bedroom.
Lunch: Ham and potato soup, toast w butter
Standardish. One more day of the soup left. Edit: Can't believe it, I forgot to take a photo. Even had the phone parked right there next to the bowl. Sheesh. So here's yesterday's photo again.
Dinner: Leftover meatloaf and box potatoes, 12 oz All Day IPA, pork rinds, mixed nuts
Kinda hungry when I got home, so I ate quite a few pork rinds.
Exercise: Nope. Worked until after 9:30 last night so it took a while to wind down. Progress was not made on the sleep schedule. Felt lousy this morning too.
