Garbage Food In, Weight Gain Out

I knew that yesterday's dinner wasn't going to produce good things on the scale.  Blend in a very long work day, stress, not enough sleep and no exercies and you have a guaranteed recipe for a big batch of Not Good.

Ok so it wasn't the end of the world of course, just annoying.  The week is time for losing, not a rebound.  Make better choices dummy.

He says as he plans to eat stuff on the weekend as usual.  Doh.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup and toast


Standard.  You onky know it's a different day from the orientation of the toast plate (and maybe the size of the slices).

Dinner:  Keto bowl w ground beef.  Siete chips and guac, 12 oz All Day IPA 


Audible, since it was convenient.  Waited in line 20 minutes.  Worth it.

Exercise:  Nope, didn't get to sleep until after 1:00.  Too many nights at the office, too much screen time.
