Not too peppy today. Got up without trouble which was nice considering the six hours of sleep or so, but that was pretty much the highlight. I've eaten way too much sugar this week and need to dial it way back. Too much other junk too.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Snack: Donuts. More than one.
At least they're gone now. Held up remarkably well.
Lunch: Soup and toast, cottage cheese
Standard.
Dinner: Home Run Inn deluxe frozen pizza, 12 oz Miller Lite
Impulse buy, poor choice. Could have eaten 20 minutes or more earlier if I had stuck with the plan.
Exercise: Nope. Blimp.
