Bounce Back From Bowl

Okay.  Super Bowl excess has been excessed, now it's time to excise that excess.  Or something like that.

Not a good night of sleep.  Awoke repeatedly with knee pain, never found a comfortable position that would last.  Dozed fitfully for an hour in the recliner after getting up before the alarm.  At least my back didn't grumble when I got up, though I was careful to take it easy.  I hate the idea of taking unnecessary pills but I may need to explore whether I can take over the counter anti-inflammatories.  I may also have to try sleeping with a knee compression sleeve on, though that makes me a little nervous.

Lunch:  Leftover homemade pepperoni mushroom pizza


My thoughts are so off today that I'm thinking that if I could just eat very low carb at the other meal of the day I could get away with eating pizza for one meal ... and that I should try it.

Dinner:  4 tacos mexican style, plus avocado and hot sauce


Love Mondays. 

Exercise:  Nope.  I mean, probably not, there's always a chance I squeeze in a short walk.
