Woke up to a disaster. Spent most of the day dealing with it. This was not the plan.
At least it happened on a weekend and I didn't have to take off work. Thank goodness for small favors.
Breakfast: Corned beef hash, 2 eggs over medium, coffee.
At least I could say hold the toast.
Lunch: Wendy's double with cheese, no bun.
Forgot to ask for minus ketchup.
Snack: Container of Fage 5% plain whole milk yogurt.
Dinner: 3 slices of pizza hut hand tossed w ham beef mushroom, breadsticks and sauce
Didn't fight it too hard. Did veto the alternative of having spaghetti. Sunday dinners will always be a problem. I did manage to resist the very real temptation to turn it into a complete blowout.
