At Least It's Month End

Whew.  Exhausted, stressed beyond belief, fat, broken.

Breakfast:  Tim Horton's bacon everything bagel, timbits, coffee

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns slim 5 plus mayo, salt and vinegar chips, root beer

Snack:  BK spicy nuggets (blech), frosted lemonade

Dinner:  Wendy's single w cheese, a few fries, lemonade, lg choc frosty

Exercise:  Nope
