Breakfast:  ~ 1 oz hard salami, 1 slice extra sharp cheddar, coffee

Also:  Tim Hortons bacon everything bagel

Lunch:  Bacon, cream cheese and avocado omelet, raisin toast, coffee

Dinner:  2 Arby's greek gyros, potato cakes

Exercise:  Nope.
