Breakfast:  McD bacon egg cheese biscuit, 2 burritos, coffee

Lunch:  2 Arbys greek gyros, limeade

Dinner:  frozen Ginos East pizza, a little homemade stew

Also:  12 oz Founders Solid Gold, coolhaus ice cream bars

Exercise:  Nope.
