So fat.

Breakfast:  Homemade stew, coffee

Lunch:  Hamburger chili with cheese, sour cream, jalapenos and saltines

Dinner:  Fried lake perch, fries, toast, salad, cottage cheese/pineapple, cheese/crackers, chicken soup, 12 oz Labatt Blue

Snack:  Chips and onion dip, limeade

Exercise:  18 holes with cart
