Almost Back

Back to reality.  Just crushed at work for the next ten days or so, so it may be a little bumpy.  In fact I should be there right now.

Breakfast:  ~ 1 oz hard salami, 1 slice extra sharp cheddar, coffee

Lunch:  Corned beef hash, 2 eggs over medium, cinnamon raisin toast, coffee

A little excessive, I need to axe the toast.

Dinner:  Pita with leftover meatloaf, cheese, a little ketchup and hot sauce.  Pita with pepperoni and cheese.  16 oz Vandermill bluegold cider

Also:  Peanut M&Ms

Exercise:  Nyet
