Breakfast:  Cheesy grits, 4 strips thick cut bacon, coffee

Lunch:  3 McD Cheeseburgers

Dinner:  Beef stew, rolls w/ butter, 12 oz Miller Lite, some club crackers

4thmeal:  3 McD cheeseburgers, strawberry shake

Exercise:  18 holes with cart

Lunch:  2 Arby's greek gyros, potato cakes, 12 oz Miller Lite, 12 oz Founders Solid Gold

Dinner:  2 pita breads with pepperoni, mozz/provolone mix, 12 oz Founders Solid Gold

Exercise:  18 holes with cart

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl with chips

Dinner:  Pepperoni pizza, 12 oz Founders Solid Gold

Also:  Choc ice cream

Exercise:  40 minutes, usual workout
