Yup.

Breakfast:  Panera asiago bagel w cream cheese, cinnamon crunch scone, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl with chips

Dinner:  Leftover domino's brooklyn ham, pepperoni, jalapeno pizza.  Limeade

Also:  2 taco bell cinnabon bites

Exercise:  35 minutes of the usual.  Back at it finally.

Lunch:  Wendy's double w cheese, fries, natural lemonade

Dinner:  Domino's brooklyn ham, pepperoni, jalapeno pizza, 12 oz Founders Solid Gold

Exercise:  Nope
