Lunch:  CFA spicy chicken, fries, lg frosted lemonade

Dinner:  Domino's thin ham, pepperoni, jalapeno pizza, root beer

Exercise:  Nope

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba brisket bowl with chips

Dinner:  Pizza buffet, 2 slices garlic bread, cookie, 36 oz Miller Lite

Exercise:  45 minutes usual workout, 9 holes with cart
