Ugh.  Maybe Wednesday?

Breakfast:  TB steak crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Wendy's double, fries, lemonade

Snack:  A slice of pizza, root beer

Dinner:  2 McD QPCs, fries, 2 apple pies

Exercise:  Nope.
