Sigh. Just not feeling it. Getting up early but not exercising and not eating right. It was easier to get moving this morning so that is at least going in the right direction. Not saying much and it is notable that I've gained some significant weight lately.

Dinner: Qdoba burrito bowl, candy corn, raspberry lemonade

Just plain awful.
