Work work work around the house. Not a memorable day, but I have been getting some things done which is nice. So very much to do though.
Breakfast: Cornbread scramble with potatoes, pico de gallo, coffee
No picture. I've had it many times before. So good.
Lunch: Several slices of salami, Greek Gods yogurt plain
Meals were out of order today.
Dinner: Burrito bowl from Qdoba
This must be about 1500 calories. Sure is good though. |
Exercise: Nothing official. Lots of movement today thought - cleaning house plus an hour plus shopping trip.
