Much Thanks

I'm grateful for many things, far too many to list.  One that's worth mentioning is that I get to eat amazing food.  Huge spread for Thanksgiving and I didn't even eat half of the items on offer.  I also skipped dessert.

Breakfast:  2 Mcdonalds sausage burritos, coffee

Snack:  Chips and onion dip

Dinner:  Thanksgiving feast - turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green bean casserole, crescent rolls with butter (I had 2 plates), white wine (Reisling, 3 glasses)

I ate just enough to be really full without suffering.  Everything was so delicious.

Exercise:  18 holes, walking, plus tons of Thanksgiving-related work.  I was dead tired come 9:00 pm, earned an awful lot of those calories.

Catching up.

Breakfast:  1 oz hard salami, 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee

Lunch:  2 double cheeseburgers, large fries

Dinner:  Little Caesars pepperoni pizza

Snack:  Chips and onion dip

Exercise:  Nothing meaningful.  Slept in.

Catching up.

Breakfast:  Mcdonalds bacon egg and cheese biscuit, sausage burrito, coffee

Lunch:  3 egg omelet w/ bacon, cream cheese & avocado, sausage, coffee

Snack:  Popcorn, Mcdonalds daily double

Dinner:  Dominos pepperoni, ham and onion pizza

Snack:  Chips and onion dip

Exercise:  Quick morning walk, just 3/4 of a mile, ~ 15 minutes.
